Unless they are there because he is cleaning his eyes and they go away right after, no that is not normal. As for what could be causing both, I don't know for sure. Someone else might be able to pinpoint the cause better than I can.

Dang well hopefully someone can chime in with a answer to why it's happening

I would suggest taking him in to see a reptile vet. When my veiled had similar bumps developing it turned out to be a Respiratory Infection. If that is the case it is easily treated and with good husbandry will not return once treated.

No that would not be normal. I have seen these numerous times on here, and it usually has to do with their sinuses. The Veilds seem to be more prone to this and usually they develop a bump on the bridge of their nose and then the eyes bubble out like that. If it does not go away, I would take him to a vet for sure. The other member mentioned it being the start of a respiratory infection; I have never seen this as being a symptom of a RI. A sinus infection yes, but not a respiratory infection. Not saying this is wrong, just that I have never seen it on here.

I think technically an Upper Respiratory Infection is like a headcold...blocked nasal passages that can end up causing a secondary sinus infection, at least in a mammal. But, there are probably sinus infections that are not secondary to a cold too. Maybe this is too far down in the weeds though.

Yeah the vet said blocked nasal passages was probably the problem witch is caused but not enough vitamin A so she said try supplimnrting and if that doesn't work hel'l need antibiotics
