Misting Schedule?

Hey guys, I'm getting my MistKing system on Monday (can't wait). And I'm just wondering how should the misting schedule be? I have no idea. I usually turn on the lights at 7am and shut them off at 7-9pm.

Depends. Are you misting just for humidity, or also as a drinking source? What is the relative humidty before misting? How warm is it? what type of cage do you have? (screen can release humidity faster than solid sides)

I would run the miatking three times a day. One thirty minutes after lights turn on, one in the afternoon, then another like an hour before bedtime.

in the morning 4 mins , than every 2 hours for 1 & 1/2 mins.and 4 mins an hour before bedtime .

I'm with Paul, getting my Mist King Monday :D i'm just wondering on average running 3 x 5min a day, how much water is that gonna be off just 1 misting head? Thanks

Will have a Dripper going too, but if i have to work late here or there I don't want the lil guy to have no source of water. So i would say for both. I know actual gpm (gallons per minute) will depend on how the head is set, i was just wondering an average gpm. Will a five gallon bucket under the table be enough for a few days?

I use a five gallon bucket for 3 mist heads and it usually uses 3/4 of the water every day. I would think 5 gallon bucket would last several days with 1 mist head :)

Thanks, planning on draining into lllrep stand and into bucket for now, and then plumbing it into the house. Then I don't need to worry about it overflowing or spilling it while going to empty (i know both would happen at least once over time i'm *skilled* like that :p ) and one less thing to worry about is....... well one less thing :D
