I have seen chameleons survive horrendous conditions in the wild. Most healthy chameleons are much tougher than most of us think! Supplying a little non-electric heat during a power outage should work fine.

I will soon be in an exciting area near George. I am an amateur with a passion for chameleons and being retired enables me to travel the country in my RV.

When I was a young lad (long, long ago) we could not keep chameleons indoors at all. How technology has improved!

They are very delicate. Normally I prefer not to handle them when so young.

I do feel very privileged to be able to interact with these magic creatures. Searching for and finding them in the wild is very exciting!
