I just got some mealworms for my cham. How do you feed them to him? i cup feed with the crikets do i do the same with the mealworms?????????????

Mealworms are not a good feeder choice, They have a hard exoskeleton and can cause an impaction. You may use them as a very occasional treat. either hand feed or cup feed.

I got them for him as a treat. thanks for the info.
