Hornworms!!!
Hello all,
I have a few question where do you guys order your hornworms from? Murberry farm? Also who here is breeding them? I read up on how to breed them and you would need a 18x18x36 box. I was thinking about just using a mesh or reptarium cage. Or if I can just use a 30 gallon long aquarium with screen lid. The article that I read didn't really say much about the temperture? Is room temp ok for breeding? Why do you have to paint the black bulb blacker? Can't I just use a heat emmiter at 25 watts? I wanted to order 4 cup with 1 lb food, and also some phoenix worms. Should I skip on the bag of food and make my own? |

yeah Im planning on breeding hornworms. I just introduce superworm and my veiled loves it! At the moment I'm working on roaches, and waiting for my superworms to get bigger so I can rear them also. Would like silkworms but the hornworm interest me more.
