Just an update on my little horny toad babies, all ten seem to be eating and doing well. Unlike chameleons these little guys grow slow. They sure can move fast for as little as they are. Great fun to watch from a distance, I like to give them some feeling of not having someone looking at them all time. Mama is also doing well. She still eats more crickets and worms than she does ants but hopefully she knows what is best for her. I still haven't given the babies ants as they are wayyyyyyyy to big for them

This is great to hear! So are you going to keep all the babies?? Or release them into the wild....?

How hard are these guys to keep in captivity?

What type do you keep? I will catch some from time to time but just for fun and let them go after having a good look. Is it still thought that they MUST have ants due to the acid? I know a guy in CA breeds them however I have yet to talk with him, I have just seen his very cool set up.
