I have a male veiled chameleon about 1 year old, lately it is stopped eating/drinking (past 4-7 days), it is very weak and in dire need of help - here are some other specifications about its living conditions

hot spot - 95 degrees
UV Bulb + d3 calcium supplement every other feeding.
Heavily Misted 2-3 times a day (spray bottle)
Cage Size 3ft H, 1.5ft W+L

I called a local pet store and there best guess was to put the chameleon in a little amount of warm water to help relax, hydrate him.

Please let me know if anyone can help, thanks

We need some more specific information.
What brand of UV bulb are you using? How old is the bulb?
How long have you cared for this cham?
What is the humidity level in the cage (high and low)?
What are you feeding him and what do you gutload the insects with?
Do you use any type of vitamin dust in addition to the calcium?

If you see the "how to ask for help" sticky you will see the type of detail we really need. Most likely there is a dietary deficiency going on, butr there could be some dehydration issues too. Also check the sticky threads on "caring for true chameleons" and review your husbandry. There may be several issues that come up.

:*( i guess he didn't have as much time as i thought

I'm sorry! Chams are experts at hiding problems until it often is too late to help them. Showing any signs of weakness or disease makes them a target for predators in the wild. If you care to, give us the info so we can help prevent this again if you decide to keep another one.
