Help with veiled chameleon

Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - Veiled chameleon, male, about 6 months old. I have been taking care him for about 4 months
Handling - Daily
Feeding - Mealworms, crickets and Turkistan roaches.
Supplements - Added with exoterra calcium and multi vitamin.
Watering - I spray about atleast once to 3 times a day.
Fecal Description - color is ok.
History -

Cage Info:
Cage Type - Exoterra flexarium 30"x30"x48"
Lighting - before that I was using exoterra sun glo basking spot lamp 75watt, then I changed to exoterra solar glo 125watt yesterday. Timer on from 8am to 7pm.
Temperature - lamp is about 3.5' from floor.
Humidity - never tested.
Plants - fake plants
Placement - 2nd floor.
Location -

Current Problem - my male veiled leg looks cramp when he moving only uses his hand. It had been about 4 days
 
You don't mention a light for UVB; Also could you tell more about your supplements. How often are you supplementing? You should be giving calcium without D3 daily with the feeders you are using. Multivitamins are given twice a month and twice a month you should be using calcium with D3. How are you gutloading the feeders? If you could post a picture or two that may be helpful as well.
 
Sorry for the late reply, I'm using a exoterra 5.0 fluorescent bulb 40w on top of my cage (outside) is it ok?

yes outside is ok. Can you post some pics of your chameleon please and the leg that is troubling him? what are your temps?
