fruit flies
Do fruit flies actually fly.. and for thise of you who use them do they get all over your house and stuff..

Yepp they fly, you'll need a net which got tiny holes. or you ca feed your cham in a separate terrarium. But ill go with my first sentence

you can get flightless fruitflies. i think that they could probably fit through the holes in your cage so i would go with the tub feeding method.

There are a few strains of fruit flies that you can purchase that don't fly. To be safe, buy the large flightless fruit flies. These can't fit through screen cage holes and just climb the screen.
