Female panther at pet shop

my local pet shop has one chameleon, they used to have two but the brother of the female died. I remember when they got the almost a year ago. She has mbd and has a problem with her mouth up front not closing. She is extremely fat and I was woundering if she was possibly eggbound? Another question how would you go about asking about saving this chameleon to the owner? It has a little sticker that says meds twice a day and a price tag of $300. Willshe die if she doesn't have a place to lay eggs? Also she is a female ambilobe but she almost has a light blue color along with being grey pinkish.

if she doesn't have a place to lay, and doesn't lay her eggs, she can become eggbound and die.

best way would be to ask to talk to the owner, kindly point out were they have gone wrong, and innapropriate to sell a sick animal regaurdless. and until they can manage better care on the animal, you would reccomend against getting more chameleons.
