dubia roach feeding

Hi guys,
I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I am switching over from feeding crickets to dubia roaches and I was wondering if anyone knows how many crickets are equal to an adult dubia roach. If anyone can help me out it would be much apreciated.

It really all depends on the size of the Dubia or crickets. A full sized dubia gets pretty large and maybe equivalent to 4 large crickets. Not positive on that just a guess.

I guess if you really wanted to get technical you could weigh them out on a digital scale.
