Chams living in Bathroom

All my chams, bearded dragons and uro's are living in the master bath. We just had the carpet pulled out. The wood floors could only go in to empty rooms and the only place I could control the temp and humidity for my kids was the bath. Boy are they stiff in. We are painting the lizard lounge(bedroom where lizards live) today so they have to stay in the bathroom until Sunday night, to be sure all fumes are cleared. ONLY my hubby would paint a room after new food floors are put in!!!!!!!! The baby veilds are not in here, they are in the closet. This bath has 19 seperate lizards.

Captain Obvious says, "That's a lot of lizards!"

This is what my fiance fears I might do one day...

I think maybe she envisions the lizards taking over the house...which, if I don't get this addiction to chams treated...could become a reality.

I sooo see me doing that But I'm sure my husband would draw the line there though.

Very nice, Laurie! Reminds me of my kitchen during cold months. I see some empty space, though! You might need something new....

I do have one more cham on order, I am a bad person. Maybe we won't tell hubby a new one is due arrive.

It looked very great! You might want to consider turning your master bathroom into a reptile room. Who needs shower when you have that many chameleons, right? jk, Laurie

Ha, I knew it! Find a nice female panther? Oh, and I've now received two new chams since my girlfriend said, "Absolutely nothing new until we move into our new house." I guess we're both bad people.

Well I'm impressed... Looks kind of like tetris with Cham cages in the bathroom

At this time my hubby is painting the lizard lounge so it looks like the top of a tree, sort of mottled greens wit tiny specks of blue. Pics when it is done.

To keep spouses/ gf / bf from conplaining find something they like and get them involved with the chams. So far my hubby has designed and build automatic misters, figured out how to do drains for cages, etc.
I even told him my new nosey be makes me sad as they perfer men to women (it might be true!!) but he loves "little blue".

1) if that's your master bath, you have far too much room in your house...I hope you have enough helpers to clean such a huge house.

2) OMG that's alot of chams !!!!! and your getting another?

3) so how much for a tour of your chameleon zoo?

Hey harry I moved here from Soc cal, just before the prices went to hell. that is my 10 x 16 ft master bath

I didn't really mean to get another but I have never had a fischer's, come to think of it I have never owned a Jacksons ummmmmmmm

Come up any time for a zoo tour, if you like the bath you would love the guest area, king size bed, bath and next to the media room with a 65" big screen. It is where hubby and I are sleeping while wood floor is put in our BR. Oh I love company

PS 1 have a 65sq ft home with 6 bedrooms.

That's great. I can't wait to move into a house. My husband and I are in an apartment right now. I'd love to have a room like you have set up.

OK, 2 questions. I can name at least 20 species you don't have yet, do you want that list so you can add more?
And question 2 is, can you hold it until Sunday?

I want to first say that I regret to hear you "HAVE TO" sleep in the guest bedroom for now.
I'm sure when all things are done, you will have a lovely home for you and yours.

btw, with 6 bedrooms, you clearly don't have enough kids in that house...
I wasn't blessed with any children, but I got alot of little nephiews and nieces.
I'll just have to drive there one day and show off your chams to them.
but let me get some "shock collars" they have for dogs first, for the little monsters...then I'm on my way.

Jay I just use one of the other two bathrooms. This is a hoot, I have NEVER have a house the size of this monster and I am having a ball.

I only have 1 daughter, and that *** rat lives all the way in Atlanta with my two grandsons. I always have to fly down or get them to come up here. I MISS MY GRANDSONS !!!!!!!!!!

We are also getting an exchange student from Germany for the summer I think. Also I have half of the kids in town here to see by babies all time. I love kids, but my Hubby really doesn't care for kids

I'm sure you miss your grandsons. but just think, you must have done a great job with your daughter if she is so independant that she moved to Atlanta.

as for your husband... don't worrie, I'll just dress up the smaller kids in Barney costumes, and we can tell your honey that you are just free ranging your chams for a while.
