Candling?

no, you can't candle them. cham embryos like to form a cradle on the side of their egg. moving the egg may dislodge them from their cradle and cause birth defects and/or death. what you can do, is get a small LED flashlight and carefully put it next to the egg while all the lights are out. eventually you'll start seeing where the embryo is curled up :)

yes you can candle them but it isn't recommended because moving the eggs can kill them.

If you must see whats in your eggs the safest and easiest way is to use a small LED flashlight and shine on the eggs from the side of the bin without picking them up. You can usually see the form of the embryo if you hit it just right with the light. But as stated, don't move your eggs around. Not worth the risk.
Just saw your reply Pumpkinface.....Do what he said;)
