Cage cleaning

Personally I wouldn't...I just know how fragile they are and it seems any little change can kill them. I usually take the cage outside and spray it down really good with just water and let it dry in the sun :)

Bleach is very hard to completly wash off with water.
I use 12% peroxide (Amazon.com) in a spray bottle.

It's easy to wash away with hot water and does not leave any traces behind.

Sometimes I just wash off decor in water, let it dry, and then I spray rubbing alcohol on it to kill any remaining microbes. The alcohol quickly evaporates and leaves no residue or residual odor that can harm chams.
