Smile breeding food

Can any one help me with breeding food for the chamssuch as,

Waxworm breeding
locus breeding
silkies breeding

we have two chams and they are going through so much food between them i thouht i might do this to save a few notes.

thanks, you know how it is they get gutsy and cost alot of money not that im complaining.
