Bought some new chameleons...

After a long search, waiting for half a year and sending a lot of e-mail to different breeders I finally found the chameleons I was looking for: Furcifer Campani. As some of you might know; KameleonsJVO (Jurgen from Belgium) breeds them so I got 1.1 from him. It's a female from last year and a really small male from this year.




I also bought an Ambanja female, showed her to my male and this was the result, the male was headbobbing really fast, I think he likes her haha



For now she will be in her own terrarium

I bought the female from a breeder from Czech Republic at a fair here in the Netherlands...

Sometimes he makes me freak out, especially when he stays in the same spot, being pitch black or ignoring the food I am offering him, I think it's because he's so small. The female is much more active and eating a lot!

Haha me too. I'd be afraid to breath in the same room. Pretty cool though. I like seeing tiny chams that aren't brown pygmies.

Dear lord, that tiny baby male is probably the most beautiful little thing I've ever seen. He does indeed look like a tiny jewel.

The females are beautiful as well.

Chris your campani are beautiful. How old is the baby? Once my girl lays I still have a long time to wait, but the size they will be when born scares me to death. We can do campani fun together.

Thanks Laurie! The Campani baby is 3 months old and I think it has grown a lot already. Can you imagine how small he was when he was born ?
