Blue Poison Frog
Hi just wondering can you actually handle these frogs :S i've always wondered.

Are you asking if they are poisonous? No, not in captivity. And by "blue poison frog" do you mean dendrobates azureus? I would not handle they anyway, it will stress them, and they will just jump away.

It is what they eat in the wild that makes their secretions poisonous. In captivity they are not. But as he already stated, it's a bad idea to handle them anyway.

their skin easily absorbs anything from our hands too, like salt from sweat, and soap residue, possible nicotine. that sort of thing.

poison arrow frogs
they're more of a look but don't touch pet. Would strongly not recommend handling these.
