Anyone know what the Silkworm issue is?

Everyone seems to be out of silkworms, and Mulberry's site is saying the USDA is reviewing some issues with them. Does anyone know if this has to do with the breeding/selling of silkworms in general, or only an issue with Mulberry Farms? Hopefully it can get sorted out quickly...

The rules for importing the eggs are changing. This is for everybody, it would seem that coastal just had a better stock of eggs than mulberry. Zebra eggs are no longer being sent out until special permits are obtained.

Edit: silk worms are only hatched and grown by the farmers where as horn worms, they actually breed.

The silkworms will be back to normal in the next few weeks as stock is hatched and grown back to normal levels. We should have silkworms ready by mid August in large numbers again. Everyone else will follow about a week after if you buy your worms locally.
