Anyone have a excel template for tracking suppliments?

I'm trying to build a template to better track what supps I give which animal when but I'm not a spreadsheet person.

Anyone have a template they're willing to share?

I find it easiest to get a dry erase calendar (that we keep on the fridge), and mark off which day each supps are given. Sorry I don't have a spread sheet!
