Which crickets?

Hi everyone.
I am going to try crickets for the first time and I was wondering which kind is best for a younger chameleon. He is four months old and I have seen banded, domestic, and pinhead crickets

Thanks in advance.

Pinhead crickets are the size and are the smallest you can get, similar in size to fruit flies. These are best for newly hatched chameleons. For a 4 month old, you probably want to get size of 1/4” or smaller. This is a great visual to help figure out what size you need. https://www.ghann.com/Live-Crickets-C2.aspx Banded and domestic are the breed and while I’m not sure about any nutritional differences they may have, banded crickets are much more pleasant for us to keep. Domestic ones are smellier and die off much much easier. If you are only getting a dozen or less to try, that won’t make any difference.
