white lumps like sugar grains

Can anyone tell me why my baby yemmen (15 weeks) keeps getting tiny lumps like little white grains of sugar on her? one or two on her flank & today, one on her nostril!! My otherhalf says it could be a salt deposit but what does he know!!! NAyway should I be worried? they appear and disappear in a matter of hours, very odd!

From how u described it i would say that it is a salt deposit it is 100% natural and safe its just a way they get rid of their salt.

Veiled chameleons excrete salt out their noses...but that isn't what would be on her sides. I have no idea what they are from just a description.
