Wheat Grass as Gutload?

Hello! I was wondering what the pros and cons of using Wheat Grass as a gutload are? When I first started working with veileds a few years back, I would put a pot of some in the cages and a veiled or two would eat it. I figued it couldnt hurt, maybe im wrong. Ive read some pretty postive stuff about it but I still dont know enough. Has anyone out there used it to feed there insects? Any feed back would be great, even from health food nuts! Thanks

per 100 grams, Sprouted Wheat has
28mg Calcium
200mg Phosphorous

seems the wrong ratio for gutloading, though Im sure its fine as an occassional thing for them to eat.

The crickets don't seem to like it anyways. I get it for my guinea pigs, and I've throw it in a few times but they just crawl on it and let it dry up.
