i never hand fed mine before, and had a super in my hand, and when he pinged it with his tongue there was a lot of force that hit my hand. it didnt hurt, but i imagine it isnt too far from being able to

First off thanks!
However, its pretty much luck in my experience. My camera is moderately fast (3 FPS on burst mode) but I still have to cross my fingers hoping to get a good tongue shot. I always seem to get the the tongue retracting or I shoot too early. The times that I get a good tongue extension the photos are out of focus

I keep trying either way
