But like what multi vitamin do you recommend?Hi! There are as many different supplements as there are regimens to use them. The basic is a phosphorus free calcium powder without D3, which would be used at every feeding. Then you’ll need a calcium with D3 and a multivitamin, each to be used one feeding every other week (alternating them weekly).
Instead of juggling the D3 and multivitamin every week, I prefer using Reptivite with D3 one feeding every other week, which is the multivitamin and D3 combined. Then of course the plain calcium without D3 every feeding.
Word of wisdom…don’t get a chameleon that’s any younger than 3 months old. They are more fragile and more risk of something going wrong.
Of course we love helping new keepers here and you can ask whatever other questions you may have. Some great sites for learning are https://chameleonacademy.com/chameleon-basics/ https://caskabove.com/ and on YouTube check out Neptune the chameleon and the Chameleon Academy videos.
