Stopped Handfeeding

Has anyone had this happen before, my panther recently changed enclosures and I thought he had a loss of appetite, because normally he handfeeds, but as soon as its not in my hand or crawling around he eats it, could this be because he's in a larger enclosure? Has anyone had this happen before?

Are you wearing any bright colors or anything that might scare him? Is he puffing up at all when you try to hand feed him?

I have chams that will not go near my GF's hands when she is wearing nail polish... It is pretty funny...

No, no bright colors, like i said he used to not think twice about eating from my hand, now he will only eat when its crawling around

This is normal, your chameleon is feeling a little stressed out about moving to a new enclosure. Try letting him settle in for a while and don't bother him, he'll come around eventually. This happens to me every time I move one of my chameleons to a new cage
