ST24 and Promist Pump?

I was wondering if anyone has altered the ST24 to use it with the Promist Pump. I know mistking says it only works with there pump not believing that though.

I wanted a Mist King and still plan to et a few however I got a pro mist setup barely used on Clist for 40 dollars, I wasnt passing that up.

The timer however is junk and keeps resetting the clocks and timers 1 time a week. I would rather have one of those ST24s in there for now till I get a MK.

I am fairly good with electronics and could mod it, I am just curious if it has been done. Unlike MK promist doesn't give pump specs like amperage ect.

It's that the voltage from the timer may not be sufficient to properly trigger an off/on cycle for a non-MK pump, and I'm sure MK doesn't want to be responsible for flooding or failing to turn on. You'd have to mod the connection, but that would be easy. If you don't have be the specs on your pump, you'll probably just have to test.

Promist probably sources their pumps from a common manufacturer. If you call them asking for specs, they might have them for you or could get them for you.

They're pumps are made by them (or so they say, not buying that lol) Ya I asked them, there specs.
