She still has not dropped anymore, not really looking plump either, no digging, she seems fine....but still...only one egg. I decided to move it to a ssandwich sized container with vermiculite and poked holes in the lid for ventilation. I dont think its looking good, though.....the egg is developing dark yellowish spots on it. I moved it anyhow. My main concern is that she has more eggs she is unable to lay, but so far she seems ok and is climbing and resting on her vines as usual. Im thinking it was an infertile egg and since it was her first time, she only had one and it wasnt a keeper..

Im looking to get a male pygmy chameleon to get things going again if anyone knows where I could find one plz let me know. also, the yellowish spots are signs of rotting, am I right?

K so now the yellow spots are darker, even brownish........im taking it this ones not going to hatch.....i dont know if i cared for it improperly or what but i did everything i was supposed to do.

Sarah it sounds like it was infertile. That is just how an infertile will go and you did nothing wrong. Let her build back up, get her a guy and you can have good eggs & then babies.:):)
