showering my veiled cham

hi guys and gals....for the last few days my cham has been on and off rotating and closing one of his eyes . even more so when i mist him . i often mist him 5-7 times a day . his humidity is around 70 - 80 % . Some people have said that showering could also help . my cham is 8 months old and has so far been fine...until now..how long should i be misting for, and as for showering him how long should this last for . your help and advice would be very much appreciated .

2-3 20 minute mist sessions a day should be good enough. But allow some time, inbetween sessions, so the cage can dry. That way mold won't build up.
