hi just wondering if anybody could tel me which of these will be toxic to my cham?

Deaths-head Cockroach (Blaberus discoidales)
Cuban Burrowing Cockroach (Bysotria fumigata)
Four Spotted Cockroach (Eublaberus distani)
Porcelain Cockroach (Gyna lurida)
Ethiopian Crickets (Homoeogryllus indicus)

The above roaches you mentioned are all excellent feeders. I do not know about the Ethiopian cricket except that its not a cockroach. However cave aka camel crickets are also good feeders. We sold a different species of Gyna the pink cockroach to a chameleon keeper who bred them for use as feeders a wonderful day active cockroach that gets larger than Gyna lurida.
