I have this new male ambanja panther that will refuse water droplets on there own. He only drinks from a clear deli cup with about an inch of water in it. You would think this would be a blessing, but if no water droplets are visible around the edges then he's not touching it. I have solved it by aiming a dripper right at the rim of the deli so that it splatters droplets over the entire cup. I have had only one other cham that would actually drink standing water, but let me tell you its not all that sweet. I have to make sure that the cup stays clean at all times. The last thing I need to happen is to have some nasty old crap getting in there and tainting the water.the thing floating in the water in the pic is a shed dubia skin which I just poured out after he was done. Sorry for the quality.
Cham. drinking

If your cham won't accept traditional water , you could try an aquarium pump and aeration stone to give the deli cup water some movement

I will just keep giving him the water through the deli. I refill the dripper every morning like I do with all my chams, and as long as it splatters on that deli cup he is just fine. Its kindof funny watching him, but in no way is he missing out on his daily watering regimen. Also I mist twice day, and once I get everything moved around I will have my misting systems I used for all my darts up and going for all the chams.
