My friend is trying to give away his treefrog that, he says, lives in the same environment as my chameleon will and asked if I could take it. Are chameleons able to be with other animals?

I wouldn't do it. Chameleons should be kept by themselves. Can you take the treefrog and just set it up in a different tank?
