new cages

Here are some of the small/medium cages I have built in the last week or so, I show where the doors open to help aid in cleaning and all, with all materials I have roughly $25-$30 in each cage... here are some pics with the last of April and Phils kids...gonna add a pothos to the top side and put ina taller tree once available in the area, winter and all...

I think it helps a little with humidity and is easier to pick up poops rather than have dried poo on the bottom...haha

What did you use to make your cage from? My guess is replacement window screen..... looks good... I was going to use that as well but have to match the decor of the house for the wife to approve...

I used screen frame and screen from lowes.
The base is 2x3's and tileboard. The dimensions are 45"x45"x72"
The materials cost about $150.00 and took me about 8 hours to build.
