my chameleon has been licking his mouth alot lately and it looks like he is trying to swollow something that isn't there, he has recently taken a trip to the vet for an exam and the vet said he looks good so I am unsure why he is doing this

do you offer enough water, does your chemeleon drink regularly? try making it open its mouth for you by gasping or something.

mine seems to do that when the humidity is really really high. or after he eats like he
s cleaning his teeth. It could also just be him and his personality...

He drinks aboutg 15 ml of water a day, I know the exact amount since he only takes it from an oral syringe and I keep the humidity between 65 and 75% at all times but I guess it could be his personality cause he has alot of quirks for a 3 year old veiled

Could he just be wanting to drink? Is there a reason you don't have a dripper going?
