Mealworms or Butterworms?

Considering butterworms are given radiation before being exported and are sterile, I would say mealworms are easier to breed. Both should be fed sparingly. I'd suggest swapping superworms for mealworms.

Butterworms are far better for health! They are high in calcium and my chams gobble them down. Mealworms are harder to digest, fatty and just not very good for nutrition. But you can't breed butterworms. Silkworms are much better than mealworms and you can breed those.

easiest = mealworms (if gutloaded, they're not totally useless)
easy = superworms (if gutloaded, they're okay)
a little more effort = silkworms (very good health wise, when gutloaded)

solider fly maggots and hornworms are also an option - both good nutritionally, but Ive not bred them myself so I wont speak to the easy/difficulty aspect
