Male or Female?

I've had her around 5 months now... and was told she is a female... Im not 100% sure though, and neither were the people who sold her to me, heres a couple of pictures..

Those are some beautiful photos....

I have been noticing just my personal observation. That some species their nails are extremely long if they are females. (it's a girl thing maybe) I am very new to chameleons but have 20+ years in exotic birds.... So I like to look at details.... This is what I have started to notice. But also the hind feet do not have spurs.
 
I have attached two pics, both of which are images with tarsal spur. Tarsal spur is located on the rear legs of a cham, if they have them.BOTH of these would be indicative of having a male.NO spur means a female. Hope this helps. :)

Could any one help me tell the sex of my cham ?
i was told its a male but im not confiedent that he is :)
