I got this cricket food from a place on the net where I ordered my crickets.

Should this be sufficent for a gutload?

It is a dry gutload with this in it:

Dehulled Soybean Meal, ground corn, fish meal, wheat middlings, rice bran, honey, bee pollen vitamin A supplement, vitamin D3 supplement, vitamin E supplement, vitamin B12 supplement, riboflavin supplement, niacin supplement, calcium pantohenate, choline chloride, folic acid, menadione sodium bisulfite comples, calcium carbonate, magnanous oxide, ferrous sulfate copper chloride, zinc oxide, ethylanadiamine dihydriodide, sodium selenite.

Should I use anything in addition to this?

I wouldnt use that. Do you know how much Vit d3 is in it? I only use dry gutloads with all natural ingredients. Any supplements like D3 need to used sparingly and esp d3. It needs to be added 1x a month and in very small doses by lightly dusting feeders. I would find a diff gutload like crick crack or make my own before using that. jmpo

In my opinion fresh is always better. My gutload consists of:

Apple
Carrot
Yam
Kale (although they dont seem to eat it :p)
Bee Pollen
Spirulina Powder
Cricket Crack
