Is he a she?

The angle is not good in those pictures... You wanna get a good picture from the side where his tail is out

Look for a bulge after his vent and that should tell you... in young panthers though some are very easy to tell others you have to wait a few months. Where did you get "him"?

I got him from a reputable breeder.
Yea i've looked out for it and some days I see 'buldge' when I take the pictures and other times I don't

LoL I dont know if you get a better picture post it... If not maybe a someone else can tell from the ones you posted... I questioned my veiled even though he had the spurs.... He was just a late bloomer =]

I've got a male that looks very similar to this. It's really hard to tell without seeing close up pics. Judging by color, horizontal and vertical bars, he looks male. This is not the best way to determine his sex though. It's hard to see a bulge on some young chameleons.

Thanks for this!
It's just made me abit nervous that he may be a girl because I would be so worried about 'her' laying eggs and making sure 'she' didn't become egg bound etc

No worries. Still not 100% without seeing better pics. It just reminds me of my male. You'll definitely be able to tell way before a female would be ready to lay. I'm sure some others will come in soon on the sex. Don't get me wrong, I've seen females with that exact horizontal baring, too.
