How to know if a female has eggs and stools

What it do,
First off to start how do you know for sure a female veiled has eggs in her. Should I feed a veiled female every other day with being 9 months old.

Next, healthy stools should they smell or look brown and white with a orange. Let me know the basic on stools. How do they get parasites?

A gravid cham will start to gain weight fairly fast, so weighing her on a schedule will show that. As the eggs develop she'll start looking bulky and sort of knobby in front of her hind legs. You can start feeding her a larger meal one day and a light snack the next, as her growth rate is slowing down at this age.

Stools should not have a strong smell. If they do, take a fresh fecal sample to a vet and have it checked for parasites...just about any vet can do this, not just herp specialists. Parasites are common in all the insects we feed chams. You can't get rid of them entirely and there's no need to. You just want to treat if the population of parasites is very high or the cham has other health problems too. This is a routine health check you need to do for all your chams. There should normally be a dark brown portion and a white portion (this is the urate, similar to the 2 part droppings of birds). Orange color means dehydration unless you are feeding the feeders lots of carrots.

I dont use carrots unless there's a source in my gut load flukers high calcium cricket feed. That's my gut load and I add collard greens and whole wheat bread.

My veiled Cham I lowered her diet like today six Dubia roaches and tomorrow only two or three. She used to eat eight every day of these. But if I could post a pic you would notice the weight gain. The one member in another forum seen her or a photo. She's also got blue spots all over and the green just got a little dark in color. With this being the case would ace hardware have anything I need for her. I can't find any house plants but I picked up a angel plant just in case I could use it for her or my iguana. I think I will make a call to my puppies vet and see if they can do a fecal test for both because my female ambilobe Cham has perfect poop since screameleons shipped her. See the cost and will drop off a few baggys of poop if they will test them.
