How safe is a parlor palm?

So, I need a plant that will cover the middle of the cage. I have 2 umbrella trees and 3 pothos but they are still small. So I was looking into a parlor palm. Ive read that even though they are on the safe plant list the are listed toxic elsewhere.
Any suggestions? It will be housed with my veiled. =)

Parlour palm is on my safe list.

It's on several safe plant lists and I've had one in my little panther's cage for 2-3 months so far without any issues. I like the way they fill out the cage and it gives it more of a tropical look than some of the other plants...
