Fruit fly food, how to

Hey guys can you let me know how you guys make your food for your fruit fly cultures? (Ingredients and measurements if you have a chance..)

Actually, I just buy fly media. It's premixed and you just add hot water.

1 Cup of instant mashed potato flake
1/2 cup of Vineger
1 Teaspoon of powder sugar
1 Pack of instant Yeast
1/2 Cup Maybe more water (stir the mixture to a mashed potato consistancy)
