Following on from the 'first shed thread'

Could anybody give me some advise on shedding?

I have recently got my Panther Chameleon. He is 4 months old, what am I to expect when the shed comes round?

Going off his food?
Increase his misting?
Temperature change?
Lighting change?
Diet change?

I just want to be really prepared.
