Fogger/Humidifier little confused

So I have an analog and a digital RH reader. I have read so much between the two book I have purchased, everything online(including here), from the screameleons.com team so much to the point I am thoroughly confused on this part. Since I have him free range 24/7, should I have the RH consistently at 75 rh or should I let it drop than have an auto mister turn on and mist to bring up. I currently have the reptifogger from top to bottom down his 5 foot tall plant and hand mist 3 times a day. I see some people say well I just let it hit 40 RH and then mist. That's wayyy to low for a panther. I have also read that hitting that low can cause shedding issues. Than I also read that having it to high can sometimes cause the area to not dry completely. The plan is either to purchase a humidifier to use with the reptifogger(which has the sensor to shut of if it hit's over 76RH) or to purchase the monsoon or some automatic mister with the use of the fogger. Suuuuper confused......help? lol
Any one please reply with what has worked for you or what you recommend I do. Thanks guys!

P.S I'm not worried about water drain off that has already been solved :)

If any one has read this and didn't know how to answer here it was I got from Farrah from screameleons.com (she's a wonderful help). "We try to keep our humidity levels around 50%-60% only. It is important to keep the cage more on the dry side than keeping it moist all day long. Bacteria can easily grow in a moist environment. The cage needs to dry up completely before the next misting. We do not need a fogger or humidifier. Our automatic misting system is sufficient."
