every once in a while i get an email asking me what fly eggs look like, so, i thought i would post a pic.
these were raised recently for a non cham related project (kokanee fishing) so the process wasnt monitored that closely.
pretty sure the ones in front are green bottle flies, not a 100% sure cause i didnt raise any past maggot stage. not really sure what the deal with the ones in back is. most filth fly eggs look pretty similar.
since they are conveniently laid in clusters, it makes it easy to isolate in the event that multiple varieties lay on your bait.
