Fertile Eggs? Pics Included!

My veiled eggs have reached the 1 month 4 day marker now, and are white and puffy. When candled, a small orange dot can be seen at the top of the egg. The tan, flaky stuff on the eggs is the left over sand. Are these little guys fertile? This is my first veiled cham egg experience... so exciting/educational! Thank you for your help

If there is no mold by now, am sure they are fertile.

lol if you mated your cham and the eggs are still white\ have not molded then chances are high they are fertile
