Fat neck. Should I worry?

I have noticed a few times in the last week that my 6-month ambilobe's neck looks sort of fat on top. I have attached a couple photos to show what I'm talking about. The one where he is mostly green shows what i mean. The one where he is more orange was taken 3 days later and seems to look more normal. Am i being paranoid or should i be worried about this? He is about to shed any day now so he is sort of wrinkly. This just seems a little different.

Awesome! What can I say? I worry about my little dudes. A lot lol. This guy is my first lizard of any kind and really my dream pet. So no matter how much i research, it seems like there is something new around every corner. I want to make sure he's living the good life. Anyway, thanks for your replies.
