I remember the first time I witnessed that I started trippin! I remember thinking "and nobody bothers to tell you this cuz........." eyeballs poppin out of your head is just the norm!!!!!!! now I really luv when they do that!;)

I noticed the same with my cham. During misting he closes the left eye. I see him cleaning it every so often. He continues cleaning it after misting stops. I also notice that he occasionally rubs the same eye against the branch. I have not seen him doing it before. He staying outside in the cage right now, occasionally when the temp gets in the low 50s I take him inside. I was wondering if his left eye is irritated.

It's what they do. It's totally freakish but it's normal for them. Remember, this is an animal for which "and his skin just suddenly popped off in 2 hours" is a good thing.

You don't need to fill in the form unless you want feedback on your set up.
