Eye Discharge During Cricket Strike

I took a video during feeding time and noticed something interesting when I slowed it down. When she strikes the cricket her eyes sink in, likely a means to protect her eyes from damage during feeding. Sharks do the same thing. Anyway it looks like two strings of liquid shot out of her eye turrets when she retracted them. And check out that perfect Superman pose….Pretty cool! Looks like little mama has been hitting the gym lol
