egg advice?

I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on these Panther eggs I have. These eggs were laid on March 18/08 so they are about a week shy of 8 months old. About 3 months after they were hatched they experienced a warm dry spell for 5 days due to a thermostat malfunction on my homemade incubator, although the vermiculite managed to stay moist. Due to this I have always had my doubts about these eggs, I candled one about 2 months ago but couldnt see anything. My question is wouldn't these eggs start to rot or mold after 8 months if they are no good ? Has anyone else had duds that stayed "preserved" for lack of a better term, for this long? I have seen bad eggs start to decay within weeks so I am really not sure what to think. The temp in the incubator averages around 75 f with humidity 95-100%. Any advice or opinions would be greatly appreciated.
(Any bits of brown flecks or staining you see on the eggs are just coconut fiber remnants)
Thanks,

I'm not a breeded nor an expert but I think most of the eggs look good. I would think if they were not good they would have molded way before now.

I think you meant they were laid in 09-right? Never throw an egg away unless it goes moldy and/or collapses to nothingness. I am sitting on 7 Panther eggs (not literally :) ) that are now a year old-and they still look fine.

hi mate

IMO those eggs still look good. Just be patient, sometimes they can take a while. Some of my panther eggs have hatched at 5.5 months and some 9 months. I have 142 eggs right now, and the anxiety from waiting on them to hatch is intense. Good luck, I have my fingers crossed for you!!!!!

I guess patients is a must when you breed chams.
I'm driving my daughter nuts waiting on kittens.
BTW good luck I hope they hatch soon.

Oops I meant 2009 . My brain has been stuck in 2008 for a long time now. Thanks to everyone for their replies it helps quite a bit with the anxiety/anticipation of not knowing. Here are some pics of the parents if anyone may be interested in babies I may possibly have (fingers crossed).
Thanks again to all your opinions are greatly appreciated.

never toss eggs that still look viable.
Ive had panther eggs take 6 months, others 13 months, and inbetween. It does somewhat depend on the temps.
