Dubia/Cricket Gutload

I have used cricket crack in the past and liked the results but now that I have a dubia colony as well I am looking for a gutload that can be used for both animals. Could you guys reccomend a good dual use gutload?

You can also use cricket crack for your roaches. I do that as well as bug burger, fruits and vegetables.
