Dropping eggs from branch

Yesterday my female laid 36 eggs. These look infertile but could be fertile from retained sperm but to me they do look infertile.

She dug her hole in her laying bin as usual which is a micture of sand and soil right to the bottom as any female would but then has come out and went back into her branches to lay the eggs. Nobody was in all day so she was not disturbed at all.

Has anyone heard anything like it? She is eating and drinking and seems fine in herself now but I thought it was odd how she dug the hole fully first.

Generally if they drop the eggs from the branches rather than laying them in he egglaying container its not good. Hope she will be okay.

She can't be seen by any other chameleon or anything else in fact. I found it weird how she fully dug her hole then left. The substrate held the tunnel well so I do not think it was to do with that.

She is eating and drinking normally this morning so hopefully she will be fine.

Could be inexperience. I have had a female do that on her first lay and be fine afterwards.

Sometimes chameleons just to weird stuff.
